This release of BYU grad Jared Hess’ quirky film comes just in time for Christmas.

The two-sided DVD includes fullscreen and widescreen versions along with these extras: deleted scenes, the making of the wedding (added to the film after the theatrical release) and Pecula the original short the film was based on.

The off-beat comedy, punctuated by the moon-boot clad Napoleon’s killer dance moves is a cult classic. The understated humor and artfully awkward situations make for an entertaining story of a genuine dork’s step into small-town fame.

If you have a Napoleon fan on your list, this gift is a given. It is great fun for fans of off-the-wall comedy.
